Shipping and Returns
DELIVERIES
Shipping costs with insurance by Colissimo against signature on delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated per country; as follows:
Flat rate shipping of Watercolors :
- France: €8
- Europe and United Kingdom: €20
- Rest of the World: €35
Flat rate shipping for oil paintings:
- France: €12
- Europe and United Kingdom: €25
- Rest of the World: €50
Our preparation times for shipping the package are 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.
Fast Chronopost type deliveries are available upon request for a quote.
The price is displayed - all taxes included - without any other supplement.
If you reside in a country outside the European Union, there may be customs duties to pay when your order arrives in your country. The sender cannot be held responsible for any increases due to customs taxes.
When ordering, carefully check the delivery address (the recipient) and add a telephone number if possible.
The envelope or package containing the ordered work will be delivered against signature.
Insurance covers loss, damage caused during transport by the delivery company or postal services.
Please note: It is imperative to check the good condition of the package, both exterior and interior, at the time of delivery.
Any claim must be made in the presence of the carrier. Without a written complaint from you at the time of delivery, the warranty cannot be taken into account.
RETURNS
In accordance with the law in force on March 17, 2014 (article L.121-21), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the work to L'ATELIER TIGRESSE – Gaëlle Pontnau if it does not suit you, whatever the reason.
If you make this decision, you will need to inform us by accessing the “contact” page, and sending us a return request message.
The work must be returned to us in perfect condition, and use the original packaging or similar packaging, which will guarantee the integrity of the work during its return journey. Do not forget to close the package with the same care as that taken in its creation and to attach the corresponding purchase invoice to your shipment.
Once the work has been received, we will refund your order and the shipping costs as soon as possible, with the return shipping costs remaining your responsibility.
If, upon returning the work, we find that it is damaged, we will be unable to take it back and reimburse you for the price originally paid.
On the other hand, works made to order are neither taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded for any reason, except if the work is damaged upon delivery (see conditions below)
Any damage to the packaging may cause damage to the contents, which must be noted immediately. Request that the contents be checked in the presence of the delivery person or postal employee.
If the work is damaged, have the damage noted by the delivery person or postal employee, carefully close the envelope, sign the declaration justifying the refusal so that the envelope is returned to the sender.
This procedure will ensure full and prompt refund upon return to the sender's address.
Don't forget to take photos of the damaged work in the presence of the delivery person or postal employee and send them as proof to the sender: gaelle@lateliertigresse.com
Please ensure that the addresses are correct and legible. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the recipient's address.
Important: no guarantee or refund will be given beyond acceptance of delivery.
All precautions are taken to ensure the proper delivery of the ordered work, the packaging is particularly careful and efficient in order to guarantee the best preservation during transport.
Small format, unframed works are packaged in rigid flat envelopes provided for this purpose. Larger formats and framed works are packaged in special boxes.
